Description

This Sugar Cookie Fudge recipe combines the rich creaminess of white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk with the buttery flavor of sugar cookies, accented by festive red and green sprinkles. It’s an easy no-bake treat perfect for holiday celebrations or anytime you want a sweet, colorful dessert that sets firmly after chilling.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp green jimmies sprinkles (plus extra for topping)
  • 2 tbsp red jimmies sprinkles (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides. This makes it easier to remove the fudge once it has set.
  2. Melt Chocolate Chips and Condensed Milk: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the white chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  3. Add Sugar Cookie Mix and Butter: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the sugar cookie mix and the melted unsalted butter. Mix thoroughly until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Fold in Sprinkles: Gently fold in the green and red jimmies sprinkles. Take care not to overmix to avoid the colors bleeding into the fudge.
  5. Transfer to Pan and Top: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan. Spread it evenly with a spatula, then sprinkle extra green and red jimmies on top for a festive and colorful finish.
  6. Chill Until Firm: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until completely firm. Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into 25 small squares.

Notes

  • Be careful when stirring the chocolate and condensed milk on low heat to prevent scorching.
  • Use parchment paper with an overhang for easy removal and clean cutting.
  • Refrigerate fudge properly to ensure it sets well and holds together when cut.
  • You can substitute the sugar cookie mix with your preferred cookie mix if desired.
  • Keep fudge refrigerated if not serving immediately to maintain texture and freshness.
