Description

These Spicy Tuna Tartare Wonton Tacos are a fusion delight, combining fresh sushi-grade ahi tuna with zesty flavors in crispy wonton taco shells. Perfect for a flavorful appetizer or light meal!

Wonton Taco Shells:

  • 8 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Tuna Tartare:

  • 6 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (or more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Microgreens or cilantro, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare Wonton Taco Shells: Heat oil in a skillet, fry wonton wrappers until crispy, fold into taco shapes, drain on paper towels.
  2. Make Tuna Tartare: Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice. Add tuna, green onion, gently mix, fold in avocado.
  3. Assemble: Spoon tuna tartare into taco shells, garnish with sesame seeds, microgreens or cilantro. Serve immediately.
