Wonton Taco Shells:
- 8 wonton wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Tuna Tartare:
- 6 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Microgreens or cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Wonton Taco Shells: Heat oil in a skillet, fry wonton wrappers until crispy, fold into taco shapes, drain on paper towels.
- Make Tuna Tartare: Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice. Add tuna, green onion, gently mix, fold in avocado.
- Assemble: Spoon tuna tartare into taco shells, garnish with sesame seeds, microgreens or cilantro. Serve immediately.

- Use sushi-grade tuna only.
- Prep tartare ahead, assemble tacos just before serving.
