Description

A quick and easy fruit salad combining fresh strawberries, raspberries, grapes, apples, and bananas mixed with creamy yogurt and cool whip, perfect for a refreshing snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

Fruits

  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 cup of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup of grapes
  • 1 cup of diced apples
  • 1 cup of sliced bananas

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup of yogurt (strawberry or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup of cool whip (or freshly whipped cream)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit: Place all of the prepared fruit — strawberries, raspberries, grapes, diced apples, and sliced bananas — in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the creamy dressing: Stir in the yogurt and cool whip gently to combine all the ingredients without mashing the fruit.
  3. Serve or refrigerate: Serve the fruit salad immediately for best freshness, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours to chill before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh fruit for best texture, but frozen raspberries are acceptable if thawed.
  • You can substitute cool whip with freshly whipped cream for a more natural option.
  • Serve chilled for a refreshing taste.
  • To prevent browning of apples and bananas, toss them quickly in a little lemon juice prior to mixing.
  • This salad is best consumed within 24 hours for optimal freshness.
