  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

  4. Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
