- 1 passion fruit
- 1 pre-frozen banana

Instructions
- Freeze the banana: Peel and slice a ripe banana, then place the slices into a sealed container and freeze for at least 2-3 hours or preferably overnight. If using fresh peaches instead of frozen, cut them into pieces and freeze as well.
- Blend the smoothie: Add the frozen peaches, frozen banana slices, the pulp from one passion fruit (cut in half and scoop out the insides), almond milk, roasted flaxseeds, and ice cubes into a blender. Blend until smooth. You may need to add a splash more almond milk depending on your blender to achieve a creamy consistency.
- Assemble the smoothie bowl: Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl and top with cacao nibs, dried goji berries, shaved coconut, and additional flaxseeds if desired for added texture and nutrition.
