Cauliflower Bites:
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until coated.
- Roast Cauliflower: Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Add Parmesan: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower, then return to the oven for 10–15 minutes.
- Finish and Serve: Once golden and tender, remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the cauliflower for the last 2–3 minutes.
