Description

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Other:

  • 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 8 ounces spaghetti or lo mein noodles (uncooked)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 large carrot (julienned)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  2. Prepare Sauce: Add garlic, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
