Cauliflower Mixture:
- 1 large head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Additional green onions and cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare cauliflower: Steam or boil the cauliflower florets for 8–10 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and pat dry.
- Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine cauliflower, sour cream, cream cheese, heavy cream, spices, half the cheddar, bacon, and green onions.
- Transfer to baking dish: Place mixture in a greased 9×9-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Garnish with green onions.
Notes
- For added flavor, mix in chopped cooked chicken or use smoked gouda instead of cheddar.
