Lamb Sliders:
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce:
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 small cucumber, grated and drained
Additional:
- 6 slider buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, crumbled feta
Instructions
- Lamb Sliders: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Form into 6 patties. Cook in a skillet for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, and cucumber. Season with salt.
- Toast slider buns, assemble sliders with lamb patty, yogurt sauce, and toppings. Serve warm.
