- â…“ cup honey or pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt, stirring well to distribute all ingredients evenly.
- Whisk Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Combine Wet and Dry: Pour the wet ingredient mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined, taking care not to overmix to maintain a tender texture.

- Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula for even baking.
- Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the baked oatmeal to cool completely in the dish before slicing into nine squares for easy serving and storage.
