  • 1 cucumber (peeled if waxed)
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water

Instructions

  2. Blend: Blend on high until smooth.
