- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Cake Layer: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Mix cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg until a soft dough forms. Press into the pan.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer: In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 2 eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
- Assemble and Bake: Pour cream cheese mixture over cake layer. Bake for 35–40 minutes until edges are golden and center is slightly gooey.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes

- Bars will set as they cool but retain a gooey center.
