Dough:

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Filling:
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped regular pepperoni
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and oregano. Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil and mix until a dough forms. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Add the filling: Spread pizza sauce over the dough, then add mozzarella and pepperoni. Roll up the dough and slice into pieces. Place on the baking sheet.
