Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter

Brownie Layer

  • 1 box brownie mix (prepared as directed on package)

Topping

  • 1 package miniature marshmallows (10 oz)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ease removal.
  2. Make Graham Cracker Crust: Crush the graham crackers finely using a food processor. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar, mixing until the mixture holds together.
  3. Press Crust into Pan: Evenly press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, forming a solid base layer.
  4. Prepare Brownie Batter: Follow the package instructions to prepare the brownie mix. Once ready, pour the batter evenly over the graham cracker crust layer in the baking dish.
  5. Bake Brownies: Bake in the preheated oven for 22 to 25 minutes, or until the brownie layer is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
