  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 12 oz egg noodles (cooked)

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients to Slow Cooker: Combine beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, mustard, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until beef is tender.
  3. Add Cream Cheese: Thirty minutes before serving, add cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Finish: Just before serving, stir in sour cream and cooked egg noodles. Gently mix to coat in the sauce.
