Description

Start your day right with these delicious and easy-to-make breakfast sliders. Packed with eggs, bacon (or sausage), and cheese sandwiched between soft buns, these sliders are a perfect morning treat for the whole family.


Ingredients

Slider Buns:

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls

Scrambled Eggs:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Filling:

  • 8 slices cooked bacon or sausage patties
  • 6 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)

Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare Eggs: Whisk eggs and milk. Melt butter in a skillet, scramble eggs, and set aside.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Slice buns, layer bottom half in dish, spread with mayo, add eggs, bacon, and cheese. Top with remaining buns.
  4. Add Topping: Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley, brush over buns.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil, bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve: Slice and serve warm.
