Slider Buns:
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
Scrambled Eggs:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
Filling:
- 8 slices cooked bacon or sausage patties
- 6 slices cheddar or American cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
Garlic Butter Topping:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare Eggs: Whisk eggs and milk. Melt butter in a skillet, scramble eggs, and set aside.
- Assemble Sliders: Slice buns, layer bottom half in dish, spread with mayo, add eggs, bacon, and cheese. Top with remaining buns.
- Add Topping: Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley, brush over buns.
- Bake: Cover with foil, bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Serve: Slice and serve warm.
