These Easy Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps are a delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, wrapped in a tortilla and air-fried to crispy perfection. They are quick to make and perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced red onion (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease and stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for 2 more minutes, then remove from heat.
- Assemble Wraps: Divide the beef mixture among tortillas. Top with cheddar cheese, pickles, and red onion. Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides.
- Air Fry: Spray wraps with cooking spray, place seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Enjoy hot with extra ketchup or dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
- Add shredded lettuce or tomato after cooking for a fresh crunch.
- Swap cheddar with American or pepper jack cheese for a flavor twist.
- Wraps can be made ahead and air fried just before serving.
