Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Place the chicken thighs in an even layer at the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken, then place the cream cheese on top of the chicken pieces.
- Cook Chicken: Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set on low heat. Cook the chicken for 6 hours until it is fork tender and cooked through.
- Shred and Mix: Using two forks, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker. Stir the shredded chicken together with the softened cream cheese until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
