Description

These Crispy Cinnamon Cheesecake Bites are a delightful treat that combines creamy cheesecake filling with a hint of cinnamon, all wrapped up in a crispy, golden crescent roll. Perfect for parties or as a sweet snack!

Ingredients

Scale

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Crescent Roll Dough:

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup cinnamon sugar (1/3 cup sugar + 1 tablespoon cinnamon)
  • Optional powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble the bites: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a heaping teaspoon of the cheesecake mixture near the wide end of each triangle and roll them up like crescents, sealing the edges slightly.
  4. Add toppings: Brush each crescent with melted butter, then roll or sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. Bake: Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

  • Serve warm for the best texture.
  • These bites are perfect for parties, brunch, or holiday trays.
  • You can prep them ahead and reheat in the oven for a few minutes to crisp back up.
