  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (about 24 crackers)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For coating:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the coating: In a shallow bowl, mix together crushed Ritz crackers, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, spread the sour cream.
