- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped mini peanut butter cups (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie dish and chill.
- Make the Filling: Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Whip cream and fold into the peanut butter mixture. Pour into crust and chill.
- Create the Ganache: Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips, stir, and spread over the pie. Top with peanut butter cups and chill before serving.
