  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional:

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare dry ingredients: Pulse rolled oats in a blender until coarse, then mix with cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  4. Combine ingredients: Mix wet ingredients into dry until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
