Bread:
- 1 large round loaf of sourdough or Italian bread

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cheeses:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the bread: Make diagonal cuts across the loaf, being careful not to slice through. Create a crosshatch pattern.
