  • 1 large round loaf of sourdough or Italian bread

Garlic Butter:

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cheeses:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the bread: Make diagonal cuts across the loaf, being careful not to slice through. Create a crosshatch pattern.
