- 1 bag (about 26 oz) frozen French fries or homemade fries
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo or diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake the Fries: Preheat oven and bake fries until crispy. Cook the marinated steak on a grill or skillet. Let it rest and slice thinly.
- Assemble: Top fries with cheese, broil until melted. Add sliced carne asada, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, cilantro, and green onions. Serve.
