Ingredients
Scale
Bacon and Vegetables
- 12 strips bacon (16oz package)
- 2 cups chopped lettuce (2 romaine hearts)
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 4 Lavish wraps (Lavish bread)
Sauce
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Cook the bacon. Cook bacon according to package directions until it reaches your desired crispness. Once cooked, transfer the bacon strips to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease and keep them crispy.
- Prepare the sauce. While the bacon is cooking, combine the plain low-fat Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and red wine vinegar in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Assemble the wraps. Spread a generous scoop of the prepared sauce over the center of each Lavish wrap. Layer a small handful of chopped lettuce, 2-3 slices of fresh tomato, and 3 strips of crispy bacon on top of the sauce. Carefully roll up each wrap tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat these steps for all the wraps.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy the BLT wraps fresh for the best flavor and texture.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, consider baking the bacon in the oven instead of frying.
- You can substitute the Lavish wraps with your favorite flatbread or tortilla.
- Adding avocado slices can bring a creamy texture and extra nutrients.
- Wraps are best served immediately to prevent sogginess, but can be wrapped in foil and kept in the fridge for up to a day.
