Chicken:

Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
Toppings:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sear Chicken: In a skillet, brown the seasoned chicken for 3–4 minutes, then transfer to the baking dish.
- Make Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey. Pour over chicken.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle mozzarella, then breadcrumbs over the chicken.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked and top is golden.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions and parsley before serving.
