Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) to ensure the egg bites cook evenly and develop a nice texture.
- Prepare the egg mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and well combined, creating a creamy, flavorful base for your egg bites.
- Assemble the egg bites: Evenly distribute the chopped baby spinach, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and chopped shallots into six silicone molds. Place the molds inside the air fryer basket, then carefully pour the egg mixture evenly over the fillings in each mold.
